As our most popular event, year on year, we have decided to once again
pay homage to two of Speyside’s premier products: whisky and venison.
Not only do venison and whisky pair so easily and brilliantly together, the two cannot be better matched than when they both exist on and rely upon some of the same methods of survival: water and grain.
This is no truer than Glenfarclas Whisky and Ballindalloch Estate Red Deer which both exist on the same area of ground. So, come, relax and join us for a meal that focuses on these two greats of the Scottish larder*.
