Join the Dram Queen, Ann Miller and Martine Nouet, known as the Queen of the Still, to discover the art of matching food and whisky during a delicious 3 course lunch paired to samples of great Speyside drams.
Over an aperitif, and as each course is served, Ann will present the samples and Martine will share the secrets of her inspiration for each dish. In the convivial company of fellow festivalgoers, you will discover how to match a dish to a dram to bring out the best of both.
Drawing on their many years’ experience in the whisky industry, including creating sell out dinners during previous Festivals at several distilleries, Ann and Martine will host a fascinating exploration which promises to be a not to be missed event.
Served in the Dram Queen's exclusive tasting room in the heart of Speyside, with a maximum of 12 guests, current guidance on Covid precautions will be observed. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions at the time of your reservation so that these can be accommodated in advance as we cannot guarantee that any special requests can be met on the day. It may be possible to arrange a minibus from and back to the Elgin area – please contact us for more information.
